Here is my TOU.

**As of right now I will NOT be making any commercial use items. If you would like to use any of my items for commercial use please email me!!**

By reading this you are agreeing to abide by my TOU. Make sure you read them carefully!! If I find that you aren't following my TOU, I will take the neccessary actions to set things right.

Please respect and abide by the following conditions.

1. Do not claim my supplies as your own.

2. Do not change my supplies and claim them as your own.

3. All of my supplies are for PERSONAL USE ONLY!

4. Do not add my supplies to a scrapkits, etc of yours and claim them as your own.

5. Do not share my supplies. If someone would like something please send them to my blog to download for themselves.

6. Do not post my supplies in any groups, this includes but is not limited to Yahoo groups, msn groups, myspace groups, etc. My supplies will be distributed by me and ONLY ME.

7. Do not rename my files.

8. You may use my supplies for sig tags, layouts, web graphics, blog layouts, BUT you MUST give credit and a linkback to my blog [http://mama-a-designs.blogspot.com]

9. You may re-size/colorize my supplies to suit your needs.

10. If you use any of my supplies on myspace please provide credit and a link back to my blog [http://mama-a-designs.blogspot.com]

11. Please DO NOT use my supplies in any immoral, pornographic, or illegal projects.

I have the right to change the TOU at any time as I see fit. I expect you to follow them and check back from time to time and follow any changes that I may make to them.
